Return Policy for Inventor Add-ins

Thank you for your interest in our Inventor Add-ins. We strive to provide high-quality solutions to enhance your Autodesk Inventor workflows. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. General Principles and Scope

This return policy applies to the purchase of pre-developed Inventor Add-ins sold through bluemech.de. For custom development services or tailored solutions, separate contractual agreements will define the terms of service and any applicable return or revision policies.

As a seller based in Germany, we adhere to German and European Union consumer protection laws, particularly regarding distance selling and digital content.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day of the conclusion of the Order. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this means 30 days from the day the Order was concluded (i.e., when you received access to the Add-in).
Loss of Right of Withdrawal: Please note that the right of withdrawal for digital content (Inventor Add-ins) expires if the performance has begun with your explicit prior consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This typically occurs upon successful download or activation of the Add-in. We will explicitly ask for your consent and acknowledgment of this loss of right before you complete the purchase and gain access to the download.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by e-mail) to: [email protected]
Please send your Order ID or License Key.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 5 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Defective or Non-Conforming Add-ins (Statutory Warranty)

you are protected by the statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If an Inventor Add-in purchased from bluemech.de does not conform to the product description:

Please contact us immediately at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the issue, screenshots, and any relevant error messages.
We will work with you to diagnose and resolve the problem, which may include providing updates, patches, or workarounds.
If the defect cannot be remedied after reasonable attempts, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the severity of the defect and legal requirements.

4. Conditions for Return/Refund (Applicable to all cases where a return/refund is granted)

To be eligible for a refund, you must cease all use of the Add-in and, if requested, confirm uninstallation and deletion of all copies.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5 days of our approval of the return/refund.

5. Exclusions

This return policy does not cover:

Issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation of the Add-in.
Incompatibilities with third-party software or systems not explicitly stated as supported.
Issues due to incorrect or insufficient hardware/software environment not meeting the stated system requirements.
Situations where the Add-in functions as described but does not meet personal expectations or preferences unrelated to its advertised functionality.
